Olympic Medal Count: Tally As of Aug. 10

For the first time in the 2012 Olympics, Team USA has pulled ahead of China for the number of total medals. The American Olympians have 90 medals total, 39 of which are gold.

Team China has a total of 80 medals so far, 37 of which are gold.

Host nation Great Britain has won 52 medals in the 2012 Olympics to date, including 25 golds.
