ENDEAVOR TO ACHIEVE HOMEOWNERSHIP FAIR TO PROVIDE HUNDREDS OF POTENTIAL HOME BUYERS WITH VALUABLE RESOURCES

The California Association of Realtors (CAR) in
collaboration with Freddie Mac present the Endeavor to Achieve Homeownership
Fair at the California Science Center. 
The fair will provide first-time homebuyers and people who were affected
by the recession with valuable tools and information in English, Spanish and
Korean.  Workshops will be held by industry professionals, credit counselors, on credit
repair, how to avoid foreclosure, how to buy a home, how to recognize fraud,
and the importance of building wealth. 
Homebuyers will also have the opportunity to learn how to access down
payment assistance, including a limited opportunity to secure a $30,000 down payment assistance grant for people purchasing
in Los Angeles.

 

                        The
Endeavor to Achieve Homeownership Fair is FREE to the public. Attendees will
also have a chance to receive free giveaways.  Admission to the California Science Center is free, making
this an event for the entire family.
