• Arcadia officials sign off on more resi, retail near Metro (therealdeal.com) — Arcadia has approved a major mixed-use North Village project one block from the Metro A Line, adding 130 apartments and new ground-floor retail on North Second Avenue. Several other large residential complexes are also rising near Santa Anita Avenue and Huntington Drive, all helping the city meet its state housing target of 3,214 new units by 2029 and reshaping daily life around transit.

The Arcadia-based community hospital, now part of Keck Medicine, continues expanding services and earning national recognition, reinforcing its long-standing role as a cornerstone of local healthcare for San Gabriel Valley residents.
