Police Still Seek Public Information on Sept. Hit and Run

Arcadia Police are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect in a Sept. 30 hit and run, which left a 75-year-old female pedestrian with severe head trauma.

The suspect vehicle is described as a gray mid-2000 Toyota Corolla. The vehicle was last seen east on Camino Real after fleeing the scene of the accident at El Monte Avenue and Camino Real Avenue, police said.

The family reports the victim, an Arcadia resident, is improving from her injuries, police said.

Arcadia investigators have had few leads develop since Sept. 30, police said.

Authorities ask anyone with information to come forward by contacting the Arcadia Police Department at (626) 574-5150. Tips can also be submitted online, through text, or phone calls to LA Regional Crime Stoppers, 800-222-TIPS (8477).
