• The Red Cross and Hello Kitty® and Friends join forces to help save lives (redcross.org) — Baldwin Park residents can roll up a sleeve at a Red Cross blood drive on September 9 at Baldwin Park Adult School, part of a countywide push to prevent shortages. Donors between September 1–20 receive a Hello Kitty-themed thank-you gift while helping keep lifesaving blood available across the region.
