Due to the continued concern surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19), the Riverside County Public Health Officer has extended school campus closures through June 19, 2020. This order supersedes the mandate issued on March 17th for all Riverside County schools to be closed until April 30, 2020.
We appreciate your continued patience as we strive to process the daily flux of new information. Our ultimate goal is to ensure our students are safe and are provided quality online learning experiences while maintaining a focus on the well-being of all.

We understand many of you have questions. We will continue to address as many as possible in our updates to families and in our Frequently Asked Questions section below.
Q: Do You Have A Meal Service Program?
Yes. During the District’s closure, Nutrition Services will provide breakfast and lunch meals free of charge to children 18 years of age and under. Meals will be served through a drive/walk-thru type of service.
Breakfast and lunch will be served Monday through Friday (March 16 - April 30) from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the following school locations:
- Starlight Elementary School, 1510 Cougar Way
- Three Rings Ranch Elementary School, 1040 Claiborne
- Palm Innovation Academy, 751 Palm Ave.
- Beaumont High School, 39139 Cherry Valley Blvd.
Q: Does My Child Need to Complete Homework During The School Closure?
We recommend you utilize our Online Learning Resources for students and parents that can be accessed on our Beaumont USD website. We encourage all students and families to utilize these resources at your individualized pace to maintain your child’s academic skills.

Q: My Student Doesn’t Have Internet Access. What Can I Do?
We have created a Family and Community List of Resources that includes information on how to access low cost high speed internet under our “Family and Community Resources” tab below.
Q: Is My Child Going To Graduate or Advance Onto The Next Grade Level?
We are awaiting guidance from the California Department of Education on information regarding graduation/promotion requirements. As soon as we get additional information, we will share it with parents.
Q: How Do I Enroll My Child Into TK-Kindergarten or As a New Student in the District?
Our enrollment office is currently closed through April 30th. The processing of enrollment for TK- Kindergarten or new students into the District will resume when the District reopens.
Q: Are There Plans To Postpone/Cancel Events and Field Trips Due to Concerns?
All Beaumont USD events and field trips have been cancelled through April 30th. We are working with the Department of Health to determine how to handle events after April 30. Because this situation is evolving, we are taking it day by day.
Q: Will Beaumont High School Have Prom?
Prom on April 4th has been cancelled. The event is tentatively postponed pending future guidance by the Riverside County Public Health Officer regarding large gatherings of people.
Q: Will Beaumont High School and Glen View High School Hold Graduation Ceremonies in June?
At this time, we do not have anything definitive given the current situation. We are awaiting guidance from the Riverside County Health Officer and other health agencies. We will continue to send updates and information regarding changes and/or cancellations of events.
