Google Glass ~ Will you Become an Explorer Today ???

Actually in all seriousness if I had the luxury of $1,500, I would purchase this innovation. This one day sale that Google has for their ~ Google Glass ~ will also make you a member of the exclusive ~ Explorer Club ~. I knew this day was coming, and I thought I would briefly mention this to you. From my perspective - Google Glass - is a mini computer. You can read emails, use it as a cell telephone. It is a luxury gadget. I am envisioning my cellphone, only as an eyewear piece.
I read that this device would be great for doctors who need their hands free. My thought would be a great tool for anyone who is lecturing ~ i.e. a teacher, a politician who perhaps reads from a podium. Perhaps the everyday person who has a running list. In actuality I see this as something that is feasible in the not so distant future. Grant you, bring the cost down, but this is innovation, and with innovations the cost is high in the beginning, and it does drop. Let's see where this goes. Great idea !
