I.E. Conferences To Focus On Infectious Disease
Registration open for Inland Empire conferences on April 19 that focuses on infectious disease.

BANNING-BEAUMONT, CA - From Riverside University Health System: Riverside and San Bernardino county health officials are hosting a pair of conferences that deal with infectious diseases and are accepting registrations for doctors and nurses who would like to attend the April 19 events.
The Inland Empire Infectious Disease Conference for Prenatal and Pediatric Providers starts at 8:30 a.m. at the Palm Springs Convention Center and at 2:30 p.m. at the Loma Linda University Centennial Complex. Each conference is four hours long and is free to attend.
“Those who attend will receive the most up-to-date information on trends and treatment for infectious diseases,” said Barbara Cole, director of disease control for Riverside University Health System-Public Health, which is one of the agencies organizing the event.

“I encourage providers to take this opportunity to get more information on these important infectious diseases that affect pregnant women and infants,” said Dr. Maxwell Ohikhuare, health officer for San Bernardino County Public Health.
