More information from the city records of Lloyd White regarding his free landscape maintenance for his property from back in 2007 and 2008

Apparently he didn't like the job being done by the city crew, so we hired an outside contractor to do the work. My question to Lloyd White still hasn't been answered. When is going to man up and answer why he didn't let city know that the landscape maintenance easement was never completed on his property by the developer. Why did he hide this fact from the city? It would have been much easier to fix the problem back then. LLOYD WHITE YOU OWE THE PEOPLE OF BEAUMONT A RESPONSE. WHEN ARE WE GOING TO GET IT.
