Pardee Homes Inland Empire Division a Finalist in Four 2017 SoCal Awards Categories

Corona, September 21, 2017—Pardee Homes Inland Empire Division, known for the development of master-planned communities, green homebuilding measures and customer-focused processes, is honored to have received four SoCal Awards finalist designations for 2017. Presented by the Greater Sales and Marketing Councils and Building Industry Association of Southern California, Inc. the SoCal Awards is an annual competition that encompasses all facets of home building and provides for recognition in the fields of product design, model complex landscaping, interior merchandising, sales office design, graphic design advertising, internet marketing and individual achievement.

Most notable for Inland Empire homebuyers is the recognition of Pardee Homes’ Starling Plan 3 at Westridge in Canyon Hills in Lake Elsinore, a finalist for Best Interior Merchandising of a Detached Home priced under $600,000, and Viewpoint Plan 2 at Westridge in Canyon Hills for Best Architectural Design of a Detached Home under 2,000 square feet. The designer for Starling was Ver Designs; WHA, Inc. was the architectural design firm for Viewpoint.

Additional Finalist Honors for Pardee Homes Inland Empire include Parker Duarte, Rookies Sales Person of the Year and the New Home Specialist team---Jennie Rickert, Allissa Smith and Tecara Garcia---for Sales Team of the Year. Pardee Homes received 10 additional finalist honors for projects in San Diego and the LA County area, including Best Community of the Year for Artesana at Pacific Highlands Ranch in San Diego and Arista at Aliento in Santa Clarita

Winners of the 2017 SoCal Awards competition “Soarin’ Over SoCal” will be announced September 30th at Disney’s Grand California Hotel in Anaheim in a gala presentation toasting the best in Professional Achievement, Sales, Marketing and Design throughout the Southern California home building industry.
