Small Plane Crashes Through Hanger In Banning

BANNING, CA — A small plane plummeted and crashed into a hanger at the Banning Municipal Airport on Saturday. No injuries were reported in the crash, authorities said.

The incident was reported just before 10 a.m. in the 200 block of Hathaway Street, the Riverside County Fire Department said in a statement.

The small plane was identified as a Cessna that had one person aboard. The aircraft hit and damaged a hanger door, fire officials said.
