Star Wars ~ What Brought these Actors Back ~ Then/Now

Star Wars ~ Princess Leia - Luke Skywalker - Han Solo, The Dynamics Make the Trilogy Work -  May 25, 1977 the first in the Series of George Lucas -Star Wars movies was released and yesterday the announcement was made that three of "these actors are back".  They perhaps have aged a bit, but they are back to reprise their role, their characters.  Returning are:  Mark Hamill - Luke Skywalker; Harrison Ford - Han Solo, and for us girls now women: Carrie Fisher - Princess Leia. Princess Leia, and the "do, hairdo".

The films were, are part of our ~ Pop Cult Phenomena ~ and though I never was caught up in them, I don't know anyone who wasn't.  I was never excited about, space, space wars, lasers ~ or Darth Vadar.  This time around I am interested, and actually might look into going back and looking at the Trilogy from the beginning.

Additional actors that were announced to the cast:  Max Von Sydow, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Daisy Ridley ~ of these Von Sydow was one actor whose name, and acting I had seen.  His credits include: the priest in the Exorcist, and Jesus in The Greatest Story Ever Told.  The film 'Star Wars: Episode 7' is scheduled for release in time for ~ Christmas of December 18, 2015 ~ and is being directed by - Jeffrey Jacob "J J" Abrams.  Abrams directing credits include: Six Degrees of Separation, and Mission Impossible.

At times we like the past to stay in the past ~ we wonder what brings actors back for remakes ~ is it money.  However looking at these photos, brings back memories . . . who doesn't want to look at Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill - what can I say - Mark is Mark.  Carrie Fisher, well - I admire Carrie ~ she is a survivor. Carrie has sticktoitiveness ~ and she looks better every time I see her. I wish this movie the best.  This one I can't guarantee I will see, but I am curious as to the profits, and the critics ~ critique!  I wish it the best, and once again I thank you the reader ~ for reading, and following my Blog, laura.
