Summer Craft Classes For Kids, Adults At Banning Bath And Body

BANNING, CA—Banning artist and businesswoman Barb Toyama invites craft lovers to her Bath and Body Shop, located at 515 West Ramsey, Suite C, in Banning, for summertime crafts for kids and adults in June and July.

Summertime Crafts For Kids will take place from noon to 2 p.m.

Adult crafting, Crafts and Vino, will occur from 2 to 4 p.m.

Banning Bath and Body has been open since 2011. Since then, Toyama has made and sold creations in sustainable, reusable containers, all handcrafted and organic, she says. The shop sells everything from bath salts to beard oil and car air fresheners to shower steamers and is a favored place for gift-purchasing when you shop locally in Banning. Now, the owner is offering classes on how to make gifts of your own. Classes are $18 each: Pay in advance or pay in person.

• July 14: Painted Mini Birdhouse

"Get creative and go home with a beautiful creation that you made yourself," Toyama said in a Chamber of Commerce announcement. "While you're creating, make a few new friends or just have a fun evening that will rejuvenate and energize you."
