This year the book is "Racing in the Rain" a story told from the perspective of a dog. Bark Twice features: Pet adoption information, Pets for Vets, LB Police K9 Unit, "My dog looks like me contest," Gourmet Food Truck -- Grilled Cheese, Animal Blessings, Face painting for kids, and celebrity book reading. Everything is free and open to the public.
