Learn about the remaining wetlands in Long Beach on Saturday, April 6th from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Ecologists will lead a nature walk in the wetlands. They will talk about how the wetlands are being acquired and restored and the cooperation with businesses and the City of Long Beach. See some of the many creatures that thrive in the wetlands. Participants in previous hikes have observed song birds, hawks, owls, rabbits and even coyotes. Park at the intersection of PCH and 1st St., just at the border of Long Beach and Seal Beach.
