• A-E Source: NY2CA Gallery in Benicia to unveil 'Show and Tell' exhibit (timesheraldonline.com) — A new "Show and Tell" exhibit is opening at NY2CA Gallery on First Street in Benicia, featuring abstract paintings by Irene Nelson alongside ceramic sculptures by Nancy Selvin. The show runs through November 5, with an artist reception and talk this Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m., giving locals a chance to meet the artists and explore their collaborative work.
• Trump takes his battle with California off road (newsbreak.com) — California's fight with the Trump administration over forest protections, conservation goals, and disaster preparedness could indirectly affect Benicia through wildfire policy, climate impacts, and energy costs.
