Body Found At Berkeley Marina
The body was found in the water Monday evening near a former restaurant.
BERKELEY, CA — A body was found floating in the water at the Berkeley Marina Monday evening, police said Tuesday.
Someone called police at 6:49 p.m. about a body floating near Hs Lordships Restaurant, which is closed.
Officers responded and located a body floating against the rocks, Berkeley police spokesperson Jessica Perry said.

The body was that of a woman, who was pronounced dead after medical personnel tried to revive her.
Perry couldn't say yet whether police suspect foul play. The name of the woman was not available Tuesday from the Alameda County coroner's bureau.
