The First Annual BAY AREA BIRTH FILM FESTIVAL featuring Ina May Gaskin’s new documentary as well as Freedom For Birth will be presented on Sept 20th starting at 6pm on a large movie screen at the Historic Bal Theater in San Leandro.
Tickets can be purchased in advance at www.BalTheatre.com and cost $20 (+ service charge). Ticket prices at the door will be $30. There will be a discount offered at the door for teenagers. THIS IS A BABY FRIENDLY EVENT - Anyone is welcome, and Breastfeeding is encouraged. Please be aware that both films will show graphic birth scenes.
