Patchwork Series Halloween Cabaret Carnival @ The Freight - featuring Bungee Jumpin' Cows and VaST

Come one, come all to the Halloween Cabaret Carnival! This fun-filled edition of the Patchwork Series (Saturday children's shows curated by Sarita Pockell and Melita Doostan) features The Bungee Jumping Cows and Vaudevillians Stage Troupe. Help us raise money for Unicef as you rock out to favorites like "The Monster Mash", "The Witchdoctor", "One Eyed...Flying Purple People Eater", and more. Also featured are an audience-participation version of "The Limbo Rock", an evil-laughing contest, and a midway of Halloween-themed carnival games. Come in costume and help us celebrate with tricks, treats, and a carnival party!

Vaudevillians Stage Troupe—an eclectic stage-lovin' group of young people under the direction of Sarita Pockell—are acclaimed through out Bay Area for their hilarious skits, clever tricks, and dramatic life-sized puppets.

The Bungee Jumpin' Cows play fun, cool, hard-driving, funny, and original music. Their dynamic performances feature wild characters, crazy costumes, audience participation, and fun shenanigans. Their musically creative and lyrically clever songs encompass a wide variety of styles, including rock, funk, pop, surf and rap, while imparting important science-related educational tidbits in songs like "Blood-sucking Friends" (a vamp-rock classic about the natural history of mosquitoes) and "Arachnid Day" (a funk rendition on spiders).
