Female Victim Alleges Sexual Assault at UC Berkeley Fraternity
The victim reported the alleged crime to a campus security authority but has not reported the incident to police.

A University of California at Berkeley student alleged she was a victim of a sexual assault Saturday in Berkeley, university police said Thursday.
The alleged assault occurred at a fraternity and the victim said they knew the assailant, university police said. But police said the victim has not contacted them in the case so no more information is available. The victim reported the alleged crime to a campus security authority, a campus employee responsible for student and campus activities under the federal Clery Act.
The campus employee reported the alleged crime to the campus police. University police must report the alleged crime to the community.
