Some Berkeley Campus Buildings Without Power

UC Berkeley’s police department sent the following message to the campus community on Thursday morning:

A power outage has occurred at the UC Berkeley Campus.

UCPD and Facilities Services are responding.

The following buildings are affected by the power outage as of 8:30 a.m.:

• Barrows Hall
• California Hall
• Doe Library
• Durant Hall
• Hertz Hall
• Morrison Library
• Sproul Hall
• Wheeler Hall

Access and computer networking may also be affected. This is an evolving situation and UCPD will provide updates as more information becomes available.
