Kyla Johnson-Trammell has been named interim deputy superintendent of academic social emotional learning, effective Wednesday. Johnson-Trammell will replace Devin Dillon who will begin as interim superintendent on the same day. Johnson-Trammell was born and raised in East Oakland. She attended Montclair Elementary School and Montera Middle School.
