Woman Arrested For Gym Thefts In Berkeley
Police say the woman went on a $20,000 shopping spree with one victim's credit card.

BERKELEY, CA — A Richmond woman was arrested after police identified her as a suspect in two separate burglaries at gyms in Berkeley, police said.
Andrania Yancy, 32, was arrested Thursday at her home on suspicion of burglary, identity theft, grand theft and possession of stolen property.
Police said during a search of Yancy's home, car and a storage locker, officers allegedly found property stolen in the burglaries.

On Oct. 16, Yancy allegedly broke into two lockers in a gym in the 3100 block of San Pablo Avenue.
Police said Yancy allegedly used a credit card from one of the lockers to buy things at CVS in Richmond.

Then on Nov. 24, Yancy allegedly broke into a locker in a gym in the 2600 block of Shattuck Avenue and later used the victim's car keys to get into the victim's car.
Yancy allegedly stole credit cards from the car and used them to buy $20,000 of goods.
