BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. – Six months after Watermark Retirement Communities, Inc. assumed management of BridgePoint at Beverly Hills, it has announced a new name. The 60-residence assisted living community located at 220 North Clark Drive is now called The Watermark at Beverly Hills.
“We’re all excited to have the new name to go with our new culture and programs including Watermark University,” said Robert Goldberg, Executive Director. “The name change really makes the transition feel official.”
Watermark Retirement Communities, one of America’s leading operators of senior living communities, attributes its success to innovative brain and body fitness programs, outstanding management systems, top-notch dining and resident-centered services based on personal choice.
In 2011, American Seniors Housing Association once again ranked the privately-held Tucson-based company among the nation’s 25 largest seniors housing operators. Watermark’s commitment to creating extraordinary communities where people thrive dates back nearly a quarter century to when it opened its first retirement community in 1987. The addition of Bridgepoint at Beverly Hills brings the number of communities managed by Watermark to 27 coast to coast, including California locations in Dana Point, La Jolla and Livermore.
