How long have you lived in Beverly Hills? I have lived in Beverly Hills for five years now. Wow! Has it really been that long?

What is the city's most important issue? Not to sound repetitive, because I'm sure that many, many people have said this, but traffic is a very big issue in this city. L.A. as a whole is bad, but have you ever been anywhere near the Beverly Center? Talk about gridlock. I wish there was something that we could do, but in five years, with more people on the same street, I have seen it get steadily worse.
If you could change one thing about Beverly Hills, what would it be? Probably the sense of neighborhood. Sure, we have a Neighborhood Watch of sorts, but I don't really know much about any of my neighbors. Some of that is scheduling, but the other part is much more of an unspoken rule that we are all too busy to stop and talk to each other. I am guilty of that, but if I could change everything now, I would. I think the sense of community is important.

What is your favorite Beverly Hills memory? The lighting ceremony on Rodeo Drive last year. It was the first time that I had been, and I just had never seen anything like it. Even though it happened in late November, it was the highlight of Christmas for me. The tree is massive, the crowd was excited and there was just the spirit of the holiday in the air. It was really fun.
Name something you've always wanted to do here but have been nervous or too busy to try. I have always wanted to really stop and walk along Little Santa Monica Boulevard. There are so many boutiques and bakeries and intriguing places to go, and I always go racing right past. There just aren't enough hours in the day.
Where is your favorite place in town to eat, shop or relax? When it comes to good food, I like 9021PHO. Great Vietnamese food.
Describe Beverly Hills in three words: Beautiful, busy and crowded.
