Councilmembers and the police chief are split between emphasizing crime-fighting benefits and questioning how the Georgia-based company uses cloud-stored data, including potential sharing with other agencies and for artificial intelligence training. 
• Dazzling and Energetic Catch Me If You Can stage musical at The Colony Theatre (culvercitynews.org) — A high-energy production of Catch Me If You Can is now running at The Colony Theatre in Burbank through October 18, with performances Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. • Tournament of Roses Offers Sneak Peek at Six 2027 Floats (mynewsla.com) — Burbank residents can look forward to seeing their city’s 2027 Rose Parade float, “Welcome Home,” which will showcase a lighthouse overlooking a colorful seaside scene. The design was just unveiled alongside floats from other Southern California cities and organizations, and will be built by the 2027 Burbank Tournament of Roses Association for the New Year’s Day parade in Pasadena.
