Girl With A Pearl Earring: Dutch Paintings from the Mauritshuis Docent Lecture

Join us in welcoming Ellen Harden, Museum Docent from the de Young Museum, San Francsico, as she presents a slide show and lecture based around the museum's exhibit, Girl With A Pearl Earring: Dutch Paintings from the Mauritshuis.  This exhibition features 35 paintings representing the range of subjects and techinques that characterized the 17th Century Dutch painting.

The exhibit includes the celebrated paintings of Vermeer, Fabritius, and Rachel Ruysch, one of the few female painters of the Dutch Golden Age.

This event is Free and Open to the Public.
