San Bruno Police Arrest Serial Car Burglars
Police believe the men are responsible for crimes all over the Peninsula.

Two Daly City men were arrested in San Bruno early Sunday morning on suspicion of breaking into cars, according to police.
San Bruno police received reports of two individuals using a flashlight to look into the windows of a parked car in the 1000 block of National Avenue. Arriving officers detained Brian Llona, 23, and Joseph Pangilinan, 24, and determined that they were also allegedly responsible for two vehicle burglaries in the area, police said.
Upon further investigation, detectives came to believe that Llona and Pangilinan may also be responsible for several other burglaries throughout the Peninsula.

San Bruno police are working with other local law enforcement agencies to resolve those cases.
Llona was arrested on suspicion of vehicle burglary, identity theft, conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of stolen property, police said.

Pangilinan was arrested on suspicion of vehicle burglary, conspiracy, and possession of a switchblade, according to police.
