A Daly City woman missing Tuesday afternoon has been safely located in San Francisco, Daly City police said Wednesday. Linh Tran, 40, had walked away from her caregiver at Serramonte Center at about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, police said. She was considered at-risk because she has cognitive disabilities and takes medicine for her illnesses, according to police. They did not say how she was located.— Bay City News Service contributed to this report.
