Witnesses Sought in Hillsborough Break-in
Police say the thief or thieves broke into the home by breaking a window near a door knob.

Police say a car like this one was taken over the holiday weekend from a Hillsborough home.
The following is a news release from the Hillsborough Police Department:
The Hillsborough Police Department is investigating a residential burglary that occurred in the 1000 Block of Black Mountain Road over the holiday weekend (November 29 - December 1). The suspect(s) entered the residence by breaking a small window that was near the door knob of a side door that lead into the garage. The suspect(s) were then able to access the home via an unlocked interior garage door that lead into the home. Once inside, the suspect(s) stole items from within the home, as well as a dark grey 2015 Audi A7 4-door vehicle that was parked in the garage. The Audi had Concord Audi paper plates affixed to the front and the rear.
The Hillsborough Police Department is currently seeking additional witnesses in this case. If you saw any suspicious persons or vehicles that may relate to this case, please contact the Hillsborough Police Department at (650) 375-7470. If you have residential video surveillance systems and live in the area of the 1000 block of Black Mountain Road, please review your footage and share any information with us that could help identify this suspect.
