Making fresh pastas and ravioli at home can be easy and fun. In this class our very popular chef Jonathan Miller will begin by showing you how to make fresh pasta dough that can be used for many mouth watering pasta dishes at home.
Together we will prepare a few seasonal fillings along with delicious and complementary sauces that will enhance your fresh pasta and raviolis for amazing in home Winter / Early Spring meals.

Vegetarians are welcome! Both meat and vegetarian ingredients will be available to work with. Just let us know.
Menu:
Butternut squash raviolis with Sage Butter and toasted hazelnuts
Fresh Fettuccini with savory winter greens, wild mushroom, chili and pecorino
Fresh Linguini with prosciutto, shaved Brussels and shaved parmesan
Skills covered in class: Sourcing ingredients, making fresh pasta dough, flavor combining and balancing, using a pasta machine, filling and cutting raviolis by hand, Choosing the right sauce for the pasta.
