Carlsbad City Manager to Retire At Year-End

Carlsbad City Manager Lisa Hildabrand will retire at the end of the year, according to a North County Times report.

Hildabrand—who has worked for the city since 1991—made announcement comes after performance evaluation last week, according to the newspaper.
