Carlsbad Council Appoints Interim City Manager
Assistant City Manager John Coates will replace Lisa Hildabrand, according to a report.
John Coates will serve as the city of Carlsbad's interim city manager, according to a North County Times report.
Coates—who has served as the assistant city manager since July 2010—will replace City Manager Lisa Hildabrand who announced her last day will be Dec. 24, according to the newspaper.
