City Council Member Mark Packard Endorses Farrah Douglas for State Assembly
Dr. Mark Packard, a dentist, business leader and City Councilman in Carlsbad, has announced his endorsement of businesswoman Farrah Douglas for State Assembly.

“Over the years I have observed Farrah Douglas and her work as a business owner, Chair of the Chamber of Commerce, Planning Commissioner and Council Member,” said . “I have been impressed by her honesty and hard work.”
Dr. Packard’s practice, , is a family-owned dentistry founded nearly 40 years ago. The Packard family has been involved in civic affairs over those many years and are respected throughout the region. Dr. Packard is in his third term on the Carlsbad City Council.
“Today I proudly endorse Farrah’s candidacy,” continued Packard. “Farrah has proven herself to be trustworthy, honest and honorable. I am also proud of her work on the Council. She studies the material, she reasons well and she votes based on her convictions.”
