This community-based event, in Carlsbad at LEGOLAND, is a perfect vehicle to raise awareness of Multiple Sclerosis (MS), the area ... and the giving nature of our seaside Village.
We have an astounding 172 team members who joined Team Carlsbad because they too believed in giving back to the Community, to taking a stand about MS and making a difference in fund raising for the MS Society and its Pacific South Coast Chapter.
Team Carlsbad includes Causes for Community a growing number of local Village businesses united together to support the community and its causes.

About MS
Millions of people are affected by MS and the challenges of living with its unpredictable symptoms. Multiple sclerosis interrupts the flow of information between the brain and the body and it literally stops people from moving.
This is a disease of the central nervous system. Symptoms range from the less severe: numbness and tingling to the worst; blindness and paralysis. The progress, severity and specific symptoms of MS in any one person cannot yet be predicted, but advances in research and treatment are moving us closer to a world free of MS.
