Former Arizona Lawmaker Living in Carlsbad Charged with Perjury
Donald James Kenney currently lives in Carlsbad.
A Carlsbad real estate broker, who served in the Arizona Legislature, was charged with perjury and forgery, according to U-T San Diego.
Donald James Kenney, who was sent to prison 1990, apparently used his son's name to obtain a broker's license, according to the newspaper.
