
CASTRO VALLEY, CA - A vehicle went over an embankment in Castro Valley Sunday, landing in a tree 15 feet below the road. One person was trapped inside.
Alameda County Firefighters, the CHP and Paramedics Plus all responded just before 11 p.m. in the 7300 block of Crow Canyon Road. Crews had to secure the vehicle before the victim could be rescued.
The patient was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
