CVSan: Public Charging Stations Now Available

Three Level 2 public charging stations for electric vehicles (EV) have been activated at Castro Valley Sanitary District’s (CVSan’s) new Headquarters Building, located at 21195 Center Street. Pursuant to California law, these charging stations offer credit card and mobile payment options that do not require a subscription or membership. Costs are displayed at the point of sale, with rates based on kilowatts (kW) or kilowatt-hours (kWh). CVSan asks that members of the public using these EV charging stations park only in an EV charging space when they are charging their vehicles, and be respectful of neighbors and the surrounding community.
