The San Lorenzo Duck Pond is a nice body of water to walk around. Not everyone goes there to play Soccer, Baseball, or Basketball.
I'm all for spending money for improvements to the park, but why spend money on such a thoughtless destruction of such a well loved, dare I say iconic, and well remembered place in San Lorenzo?
Sure, there's a much smaller pond to be built off to the side, but it won't be our pond, our pond we walked, biked, played, boated, fed the ducks, and fished at as children, our beautiful pond and park built over 50 years ago for the enjoyment of ALL the residents of San Lorenzo.
