Bingocize is an evidence-based fall prevention program designed to help prevent falls. Free on-site class series starts January 21.

Recent studies have linked the ability to balance on one leg in middle-age to lower rates of mortality overall. Know someone who needs help improving their balance? Eden Medical Center has a free class that you can join for free! It's called Bingocize.

What is Bingocize?
Bingocize is an evidence-based fall prevention program designed to increase physical activity and help prevent falls. The program combines exercise and health education with the fun of bingo by strategically intermixing game play with fall prevention education and exercises addressing range of motion, balance, muscle strength, and endurance.
