• Gift in Bob Stark's Memory Helps Care for Local Patients (sierranewsonline.com) — A Catheys Valley family has donated a new patient lift in memory of resident Bob Stark, fully meeting a local hospital's equipment need and redirecting earlier community donations toward a BiPAP machine. The gift supports safer, more dignified mobility care at John C. Fremont Healthcare District and stretches previous contributions further, and residents can still support additional equipment through the Foundation's donation page.
