
A body was found in a burned vehicle Sunday in Cerritos.
The discovery was made at 7:47 a.m. in the 7800 block of Denni Street, Deputy Crystal Hernandez of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau said.
The victim was pronounced at the scene. The victim was a 55-year-old man, but was burned so badly the race hasn’t been determined yet, ABC7 reports.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation, but several gas cans were located in the interior of the vehicle, Deputy Mike Barraza said.
The vehicle was registered to an address in La Palma, according to the sheriff’s department.
