The incident was reported at 8:58 p.m. in the area of San Antonio Avenue and West 24th Street in San Antonio Heights south of Upland and Claremont, according to CHP dispatchers. Officers were still at the scene as of 11:30 p.m. and few details were available, CHP dispatchers said.
