Claremont Chamber: Burglars Hit More Claremont Businesses
The Claremont Chamber of Commerce is fighting crime by keeping businesses informed about recent burglaries in an effort help business owners better protect themselves.

The Claremont Chamber of Commerce has put out another crime alert to warn businesses about more reported commercial robberies.
According to the chamber, at 2:24 a.m. March 3, 2013, someone smashed the front glass door at the Sprint Store at 442 Auto Center Drive and stole two cell phones from a display case. The burglar then reportedly ran from the seen. He was last seen wearing a blue and white baseball cap, grey long sleeve shirt, dark blue pants, and white shoes.
Prior to that, sometime between 5 p.m. March 1 and 10 a.m. March 2, the front window to Doctor Oliver DDS dental office was smashed in, chamber officials report. The office is located at 450 W. San Jose Ave. The suspect grabbed an iPad and ran, officials said.

The Claremont Chamber of Commerce puts out the reports to keep the business community informed and them help avoid becoming the next target. They ask that businesses please share the information with others.
