The CicLAvia folks - who brought you the Los Angeles CicLAvia event in downtown Los Angeles last weekend - and Pomona Valley Bicycle Coaliton, a subchapter of the Los Angeles Bicycle Coalition will host a Halloween-themed bicycle ride that is free and open to all ages.
