A man was found fatally shot this morning in a car on a freeway offramp in Pomona. Officers responded at 12:30 a.m. to a report of a shooting victim at the White Avenue offramp from the eastbound San Bernardino (10) Freeway, said Sgt. Bert Sanchez, a Pomona Police Department watch commander. The victim was found dead at the scene and the case was being investigated as a homicide, Sanchez said. The offramp was closed to accommodate the investigation, according to the California Highway Patrol.
