Sheriff's Ask Public's Help in Identifying Woman Struck by Train

Authorities have been unable to identify a woman who was struck and killed by a train in Ontario and are putting a wide call to the public for help. They have released a description only.

San Bernardino County Sheriff’s are asking the public’s help in identifying a woman who was struck and killed by a train earlier this month.

The woman was found at 9:23 p.m. March 1 in the area of Mountain Avenue in the city of Ontario, sheriff’s officials said.

She has since been listed as a Jane Doe. The San Bernardino Sheriff's Department Coroner’s office has not been able to find family either.

Coroner investigators ask anyone who believes they know her to call the Coroner Division at (909) 387-2978.
