A tense situation was made worse by the fact that the professor in question is Isreali, while the student, and alleged victim, is of Palestinian descent.

GREAT EATS: Upland Restaurant's Chef Named Among 'Best' in Nation. Does it surprise anyone that a top chef is working a very short distance away in Upland? Spaggi’s’s Chef Henry Gonzalez was named in the inaugural edition of the coffee table book Best Chefs America, according to a news release touting the honor.

Crash Prompts Calls for Change at Claremont Intersection. The crash at Padua Avenue and Baseline Road continues to be a topic of interest to the Claremont residents. The crash happened April 6. But residents say that intersection has long been a problem.
