Two Locals Suspected on Drugs, Weapons Violations
Two Pomona men were arrested after police said they found several firearms and drug paraphernalia at their home.

Two Pomona residents arrested on suspicion of weapons and drug crimes were facing possible charges today.
Danny Shaw, 60, and Carrie Izadi, 31, were arrested at their home in the 2400 block of North Towne Avenue about 2 p.m. Tuesday, according to Pomona police Cpl. Glenn Sugiki.
Police asked for and got permission to search their home, seizing two 12- gauge shotguns, a loaded .45-caliber pistol and a .22-caliber pistol, along with an unspecified among of illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia, according to Sugiki.

Shaw was booked on suspicion of being a felon with a gun, Izadi was booked on suspicion of possessing of a controlled substance, he said.
