Prosecutors say he and accomplices used fake agents, shell companies, and Las Vegas casinos to steal buyers' funds, then hid and reinvested the money in properties for themselves.

What your neighbors are talking about on social media
- Found this dog on my walk, i could not approach him because I had my reactive dog with me but he seemed very friendly and was following me for awhile.
He was around 50-70lbs mostly all black. he was on Perrin & Marion Ave (Nextdoor Dry Creek Trail) - God is amazing!
The first two are from last night and the second pair is from 4:30 this morning. (Nextdoor Sierra Bicentennial Park)
